Features of the administrator's work on team building of the organization

The article is devoted to the problem of team building, as an important part of virtually any modern organization that performs labor functions on a permanent basis for quite a long time. A huge number of works by various researchers are currently devoted to this pressing issue. To create a generalized conclusion on the possible increase in the efficiency of management activities, it is necessary to compile particularly vivid examples of research work devoted to the team. After all, both the economic and psychological side of collective activity depend on the work of the manager, which directly affect the adequacy of the labor relations formed within the organization.
