The policy of an educational institution as a response to the challenges of modernity

The article analyzes modern reality from the point of view of the challenges that education receives. Today, it is no longer enough to be a certified specialist, employees endowed with both personal and business qualities and aimed at self-improvement are listed on the market. In this context, an educational institution should use innovative technologies in order to realize students in the future as competitive specialists.
