Cadet education: to the problem of defining the concept

The dynamic development of cadet education in the Russian Federation, the emergence of its new forms and formats determined the need to create new concepts and laws. First of all, it is necessary to define the very concept of "cadet education." Without this, it is impossible to create any concepts and legislative initiatives. An attempt to define the concept of "cadet education" can be carried out from the standpoint of a socio-cultural and systematic approach.
