Pedagogical ideas and views in the works of L.N. Tolstoy

The article discusses the key aspects of L.N. Tolstoy's pedagogical teaching. Based on the analysis of the basic religious and philosophical works of the writer, the main features of L.N. Tolstoy's anthropological teaching in his attitude to the issues of human education are highlighted. The connection of pedagogical and religious ideas of the writer is demonstrated. It is concluded that pedagogy, which L.N. Tolstoy has been engaged in all his life, has turned into a mouthpiece for the propaganda of his ideas about spiritual and meaningful human life.
