Application of distance learning technologies in higher military educational institutions (practice analysis)

The article reveals the peculiarities of teaching foreign language at military universities through distance learning technologies. The aim of the work is to reflect the positive and negative practices of using distance learning technologies in teaching a foreign language in a military university. The author notes the importance of using intensive methods of teaching a foreign language to overcome the speech barrier and the possibility of using military terminology on the role and business game. The author concludes that when studying a foreign language in a military university a comprehensive approach is important, allowing a skilful combination of face-to-face attendance and the use of distance technology if necessary.
