The article analyzes the causes of handwriting disorders in school-age children with a history of mild or moderate dysarthria. Introduction: poor handwriting in school-age children with dysarthria is due not only to motor disorders of fine motor skills, but also to a violation of the muscle tone of the hands and fingers in children. The literary review describes the main motor disorders of fine motor skills of the hands and fingers in this category of children. The methods of correction of motor disorders of the hands and fingers in children with dysarthria as part of an integrated approach to the correction of dysarthria are analyzed. The study materials present the stages and results of the study of fine motor skills in children with dysarthria for 19 years. Conclusion: finger gymnastics is not enough to correct fine motor skills, so the author suggests using a differentiated massage of the hands and fingers to normalize their muscle tone and correct movement disorders in children with dysarthria.
