Currently, online learning technologies are cost-effective tools that allow improving the quality of training within the framework of corporate education. The transition to "udaleka" clearly demonstrated the demand for online learning in the framework of corporate education. Online courses develop skills to overcome systemic deficiencies, constantly increase the level of training of personnel during their career, timely theoretical and practical can serve to ensure the effectiveness of improving professional competence through the application of knowledge, skills and competencies in practice. The priorities of corporate training, a set of educational structures providing the educational needs of the company are analyzed. The main thing is stated, online learning is analyzed by the author in the context of the ideas of machine learning and the theory of the formation of skills in the educational process.
