The specificity of translation of English legal texts into Russian

This article is devoted to the specifics of the English-language legal text, which should be paid attention to when conducting a pre-translation analysis. The linguistic features of the translation of legal texts are considered from the point of view of modern research in the field of jurislinguistics, the linguistic specificity of legal translation is revealed, the need for a correct and accurate translation, considering linguistic and cultural characteristics, is explained.
