In the article, the author examines the value-semantic guidelines for the design and implementation of key school-wide affairs in the structure of the school education program. Special attention is paid to the technology of designing the content of key school-wide affairs and their impact on the formation of a student's personality, the formation of an active civic position, patriotic education, and the formation of a peer group. The article analyzes the best practices of classroom teachers grouped into four blocks - events at the extracurricular level, at the school level, at the class level, at the individual level. The author of the article also offers a selection of diagnostic techniques for analyzing the personal results of schoolchildren based on the results of key school-wide cases.
