the article analyzes the functioning of adjectival comparative phraseological units. Foreign, Russian and Tatar linguists studies in the field of English and Tatar phraseology ​​were considered. The article analyzes the use of phraseological comparative units. The paper considers the components that make up adjectival comparative phraseological units in the English and Tatar languages.
