Overview of programs and methods of gymnastics classes for people with disabilities

The article is devoted to the analysis of modern programs and techniques for adaptive physical culture with the use of means of gymnastics. The author comes to the conclusion that the use of means of gymnastics is limited. There are not enough specialized sports adaptation programs in gymnastics for people with disabilities. Most of the works are devoted to classes with children and students. The need to develop these programs and improve the methods of adaptive physical culture with the inclusion of gymnastics classes is one of the urgent tasks of the development of adaptive sports.
