The study of the state of health of students, showed that the significant potential for improved quality of life enclosed in the use of physical culture and health practices in physical education.
The importance of the topic we have taken is justified by the new conditions of the new society for the quality of life of student youth; not a sufficient indicator of the health of today's students of Russian universities; the real need to improve the content of the discipline "Physical Culture", which does not give significant development of organizational adatational data, resistance to negative influences, the highest academic and non-academic load of modern student youth; low justification in science of methods and means of effective development of adaptive capabilities of young people studying at universities.
