This is a very active sport, forcing the player to move as much as possible, to be constantly in good shape, to be physically developed, ready to receive blows and provocative serves. From the player, it requires high-quality athletic training, development of endurance, strength, and dexterity. Performing strikes with one hand, especially during long-term training, can lead to the development of morphological and functional asymmetry in players. To reduce it and develop motor qualities, in parallel with training in tennis, general developmental physical exercises and other sports are provided.
