the article defines the new phenomenon in the sphere of interaction between the actors within PR communication. The authors dwell upon low effectiveness or even critical status of contacts between PR specialists and journalists. A new term is introduced in the article to help with the description of the new notion appearing in the sphere of communication – contacts push – which is an establishment of web-based services for more effective communication between PR specialists, bloggers and journalists.
