PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR THE INTEGRATION OF MIGRANTS INTO A POLYCULTURAL EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

The article discusses the pedagogical conditions for the adaptation of migrants and the formation of a positive ethnic identity of students in the multicultural environment of a particular region. Currently, the pedagogical conditions proposed by the authors have been partially tested, but the process is ongoing and the final results will be presented in the form of publications in the near future. The article is of a theoretical nature and is intended for employees of the education system, teachers working in a multicultural educational environment.
