STRETCHING PROGRAM STRATEGY FOR INDIVIDUAL SPORTS

Stretching is an important element of any physical activity and sport. It helps to reduce the risk of injury, improves flexibility and prepares muscles for more intense exercise. The strategy of the stretching program should take into account the specifics of each sport in order to achieve maximum results and prevent injuries. In the modern world, sports and maintaining a healthy lifestyle are becoming increasingly popular. One of the important elements in this process is stretching, which helps to improve muscle flexibility, prevent injuries and improve the results of athletes. Stretching programs can have different forms and be aimed at achieving different goals. However, it is important to choose the right stretching program and conduct it correctly in order to achieve maximum benefit and avoid injury. The purpose of this scientific article is to investigate various stretching programs for individual sports and to identify the most effective methods of stretching. The article will review the results of recent studies that will help determine the best methods of stretching for athletes.
