MOTIVATION TO CREATIVE READING AMONG DESIGN STUDENTS AS A SCIENTIFIC AND PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEM

This article considers the problem of motivation for creative reading among students of creative specialties studying under the programs of higher and special education. The experience of implementing this approach in teaching at the department of secondary vocational education of the Moscow Institute of Art and Industry is presented. The existing problems in the area under consideration are indicated. It is concluded that within the framework of improving the learning process, it is necessary to develop the concept of creative reading, methodological approaches to familiarizing students with higher and special education programs with reading, and also to form methods of motivating students of creative specialties, primarily designers, to read.
