When studying the application of methods of self-monitoring of physical condition in preparation for passing the TRP standards, changes in the results were revealed. To achieve goals, you need to control yourself. Self-control is a key factor that helps us maintain attention and motivation. With the help of self-discipline, we can set real expectations and, if desired, go beyond our capabilities in order to achieve our goals. If we do not apply methods of self-control of physical condition, it becomes more difficult for us to follow the planned course, which often leads to frustration and failures when trying to pass the standards.
