This article discusses the state of the problem of the personal health of teachers, focuses on the complexity of pedagogical activity, outlines possible risk factors for the occurrence of professional burnout and the occurrence of psychosomatic diseases. An analysis of the scientific literature on this issue showed that the results of numerous studies of the problem of endurance and stress resistance of teachers are fragmentary, poorly structured and systematized due to the complexity and versatility of the subject of research. The structure of potential resources of future teachers proposed in this paper is based on the principles of the salutary approach (systematic, multidisciplinary and anthropological). The structuring of potential resources used in this work is based on the main provisions of the structural-dynamic approach to the study of the personality of K. K. Platonov, the activity approach of S. L. Rubinshtein, and the salutary approach of A. Antonovsky. Further ways of research are outlined in the form of a search for psychological and pedagogical conditions for the formation of personal qualities that contribute to increasing the endurance and adaptability of graduates of pedagogical educational institutions of higher education.
