The article proposes a model for the synthesis of synergetic and dialectical approaches to learning. The proposed model is based on the principles of complementarity, which allows overcoming the limitations of each of the approaches. In the new model, synergetics can be represented by the principles of interaction, synergy, self–organization, collective experience, dialectic - dialectical logic, contradiction, unity and struggle of opposites. The model is proposed as a discourse, since no such synthesis of approaches has been attempted in pedagogical theory and practice.
