Disabilities in health (HIA) is a general concept that combines various forms of disability (physical, intellectual, mental and social development) in people that can affect their lifestyle and study. HIA can be caused by various causes, such as genetic abnormalities, trauma, infections, or social factors. Working with people with disabilities requires specific knowledge and approaches to help them overcome their limitations and achieve success in education, career development and later life. To work with students with disabilities due to health conditions, certain teacher competencies are required that will help improve the quality of education received and the life of a disabled person. The use of digital educational technologies in teaching people with disabilities (P3) is necessary to create more convenient learning conditions and their social adaptation and integration. World experience shows that in the current conditions of the formation of the digital economy, the processes of digital transformation have an impact on the development of Russian inclusive education.
