PEDAGOGICAL POTENTIAL OF INTERACTIVE LEARNING IN THE FORMATION OF PEDAGOGICAL REFLECTION

The article discusses the concept of "interactive learning", the role of the teacher in the organization of this learning process. In the course of practical research, interactive forms and methods were identified that contribute to the formation of reflexive competence - the ability of a teacher to give himself and his actions an objective assessment, to understand how he is perceived by the participants of pedagogical interaction.
