The article describes the structure and content of the concept of "career-value orientations of a social institution employee" based on axiological and personality-oriented approaches. The scientific idea of the need for the formation of career-value orientations in the process of teaching professional knowledge in the system of intra-corporate training of a social organization is formulated.
The goal - to reveal the structure and content of the concept of career-value orientations of employees of a social institution from the standpoint of axiological and personality-oriented approaches.
Method and methodology of the work: the article uses mathematical methods, as well as statistical methods of analysis; questioning.
Results: the content of the concept of career-value orientations of employees of a social institution is revealed, its structure is presented. The scientific idea of the need for the formation of career-value orientations of employees of a social institution, contributing to the career and professional growth of specialists on the basis of axiological and personality-oriented approaches, taking into account the peculiarities of professional activity in the social sphere, is formulated.
Scope of results: it is advisable to apply the results obtained by the managerial corps of organizations in the social sphere in the process of implementing internal corporate training of personnel.
