The article is devoted to one of the current aspects of the problem of overcoming general speech underdevelopment in preschool children through play activities. The authors reveal the relevance of searching for modern gaming technologies or modernizing existing gaming technologies for the correctional and developmental work of a speech therapist. The “educational quest” resource, which is effective for solving the identified pedagogical problems, is proposed, with a presentation of theoretical and methodological support for its application.
