Modeling as a basis for constructive-critical analysis of literary translation (on the basis of German translations of A.P. Chekhov's stories)

The article discusses one of the possible models of constructive-critical analysis of the translation of short stories developed by the authors, which is tested on the material of published German translations of A.P. Chekhov’s stories. The proposed conceptual-interpretative model is pragmatically oriented towards the disclosure of the three main categories of this genre in the context of a comparative translation analysis – the author, the chronotope and the dynamics.
