The article is devoted to the current issue of promoting Russian creative agencies through social networks. The use of this tool by the best representatives of the industry is currently not active enough. A study was conducted of social networks from the top ten agencies according to AKAR and RRAR - Voskhod, BBDO Moscow, SETTERS and Rodnaya Rech. Several metrics were used to determine the quality of work with content, as well as the most vulnerable areas and prospects for the development of this activity.
