This article is dedicated to exploring the significance of pedagogical traditions of the Russian vocal school in the context of shaping the professional skills of students in China. The author provides an overview of the key stages of development of the Russian vocal school, highlighting the fundamental principles and traditions that have evolved over time. The primary focus is on the impact of these traditions on the professional education of students in the field of vocal arts. Currently, in China, there is a constant presence of vocal students seeking more effective and high-quality results in vocal training, either by studying abroad or attending classes in Russia.
In recent years, the teaching practice has discussed the influence of outstanding elements in the teaching of Russian vocal music after their integration into vocal music education in Chinese universities.
