The aim of this study is to develop a methodology for teaching foreign languages to post-graduate students in technical sciences in multi-level specialist training, with the goal of preparing them to pass the candidate's minimum. Attention has been paid to the integration of electronic learning tools into the learning process for personalization and the development of independent learning skills. Knowledge of a foreign language allows young specialists to integrate into the global scientific community and establish themselves, contributing to fruitful scientific work. The main activity of a post-graduate student during their studies at the university is conducting research and scientific work, which involves the study and analysis of relevant literature much of which is published only in a foreign language, so the discipline "Foreign Language" contributes to the training of researchers who can conduct professional research in a foreign language. The increase in the level of communication competence of graduate students is achieved through: free navigation in professional foreign language literature; the ability to accurately formalize information (e.g., translate, make abstracts and references); communication on professional topics in both oral and written form in a foreign language; and mastery of business communication. Personalized learning is achieved primarily through the productive organization of independent work using electronic technologies, taking into account students' personal characteristics and professional interests. The modular approach allows for the continuity of foreign language programs studied at previous levels of education. This method has shown positive results in teaching foreign languages, particularly in passing the candidate's minimum and in the general and professional development of post-graduates. Publication activity has increased due to the reduced language barrier.
