In the article the role of the style of activity and personal features of the master in management of educational process. Presents the results of the research of the structure of the style of pedagogical activity and personality characteristics of teachers of primary classes. Considered the most developed characteristics of the style of activity and the personality of the teacher, as well as those components that need to be developed in order to harmonize the style.
