Social activity for young athletes as part of sports education in Sports School

The paper reveals the importance of social activity and social courage, and the results of the survey, indicating the components of personal data among young athletes today. Discusses criteria for assessing both the coaching staff and dealing with Sports School. Sports School is to create optimal conditions for the formation of the social potential of the pupils, through the implementation of their social activity. Classes at the Youth Academy, which do not affect the mechanism of self-education and self-education and reduces the desire to realize their abilities, can not create a solid foundation for developing a distinct personality.
