Vladimir scientific archival commission and its scientific and educational activity (1898-1918

Article is devoted to development of local history researches in Russia at the end the XIX beginning of the XX centuries on the example of the Vladimir province. Object of research is the Vladimir scientific archival commission, as one of local history societies. As object of research scientific and educational activity of the Vladimir scientist archival serves the commission.
