Projection of the policultural content and technologies of professional education

The article presents the content of the oral journal as an effective form of enhancing students' cognitive activity, the means of their initiation to the pedagogical culture in a multicultural educational environment, the result of work in the didactic project “Teacher in the world of culture”. The indicators of the formation of the motivation-need criterion of students' readiness for the teaching profession are determined, and the possibilities of their achievement by means of extracurricular work are shown. The stages of the didactic project implementation, its educational and developmental value in the formation of cultural and professional identity are revealed
