Forming leadership culture in future sports managers

Theoretical and practical aspects of business education are considered. The features of the formation of leadership culture among graduates of the university of physical culture. The approaches and models of educational and cognitive activity in this type of education are substantiated. The object of the research is the training of managers for the sphere of physical culture and sports. The subject of study - the methodological foundations training. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the conditions for the vocational training of students, contributing to the growth of their leadership culture.
