Modeling the process of forming the readiness of future teachers for creative and innovative activities

The article is devoted to the problems of professional training of senior students of pedagogical specialties in higher education. Readiness for creative and innovative pedagogical activity is considered as an important condition for successful professional activity, and its formation in future teachers is one of the urgent tasks of higher education in modern conditions. An attempt is made to create a theoretical model of the process of forming the readiness of future teachers for creative and innovative activities. The article presents the goal, objectives of the process under consideration, approaches and principles, stages, criteria and levels of readiness for creative and innovative activities.
