The article establishes that in pedagogy and psychology, significant theoretical and practical material has been acquired on the professional training of a future teacher, the formation of his readiness for professional activity. In numerous psychological and pedagogical studies, the concept of preparation and readiness for professional activity is formulated, their content and structure are determined, the main parameters and conditions affecting the effectiveness of training, dynamics, duration and stability are identified. Changes in the educational paradigm in Russia are aimed at modernizing higher education and training future highly qualified specialists who can compete in the labor market. In this context, the attention of scientists to the problem of training trainers-teachers for the development of moral and volitional qualities of youth school students is increasing.
