In this article, the authors consider the actual problem of the organization of the educational process at the university from the point of view of modern ideas about the strategic approach. The purpose of the article is to present for discussion the issues of classification of strategies and their practical implementation on the example of developing the leadership potential of future masters teachers.
This article opens up a space for discussion about the role of the strategic approach in modern education. It offers new perspectives on the organization of the educational process focused on the development of personality and its leadership potential.
