Being an important part of the education system, music and dance extracurricular activities not only enrich the extracurricular life of primary school students, but also imperceptibly contribute to the improvement of the quality of communication among primary school students, and also become a bridge connecting art and life. The purpose of this article is to study the importance of music and dance extracurricular activities, to identify the problems of music and dance extracurricular activities in modern primary school education and to propose appropriate solutions.
